Get ready to start your weekend with the festive warmth of our Winter Faire! Join us for a special Friday night, adults only shopping experience in Sophia Hall, where you’ll find unique handcrafted gifts made with love while enjoying a glass of sparkling wine. It’s the perfect time to pick up something special for your loved ones, support our school, and experience the magic of our community. Bring a friend! We hope to see you there for an evening of holiday delight!
Winter Faire for Summerfield Families and Guest
Date: Saturday, December 7 from 10am-3pm
Locations: Sophia Hall, ECE Village, Lower School Classrooms, Circus Waldissima Big Top Tent

Join us for Winter Faire, where you will find seasonal crafts for children, local artisan vendors selling unique handmade gifts, live music, face painting, an enchanting puppet show, and more! Enjoy the holiday spirit with our community and fill the air with warmth and glee. ( Download flyer here )

Skip the lines, purchase online tickets HERE. Tickets will also be available at the door (cash, check, venmo)
Children’s entry tickets are $15 each and include all crafts (entry for accompanying adult is free). One guest family from outside SWSF may be invited to attend.

A curated community of artisan wares will be available for purchase, including pottery, candles, jewelry, knit goods, woodworking and more!

Puppet Show -“The Shoemaker and the Elves”:
Performance location in the ECE Village
Showtimes – 11am, 12pm and 1:30pm
Seating limited to 75 guests per show (available on a first come, first served basis)
Puppet Show included in event entry fee
Student Fundraisers (priced individually, not included in event entry fee):
G12: Homemade Meal
G11: Sweet Shoppe
G10: Popcorn and beverages
G8: Wreaths and garlands
G7: Gingerbread Cookie decorating
Circus Waldissima Performance – “Ice Fishing”:
Performance time – 3:30pm
$7 per person paid at circus entrance (separate from event entry fee)
Parking:
Summerfield parking lot available first come, first serve
Offsite overflow parking will be available at Willowside Middle School – 5285 Hall Rd, Santa Rosa
Shuttles will leave from Willowside Middle School (approximately every 15 mins)
The last Shuttle back to Willowside will depart 30 minutes after the circus performance
