ECE Substitute Teacher

Summerfield Waldorf School and Farm is inviting applications for Substitute Early Childhood Education teachers. The hourly rate of pay is $26.64.
Qualifications:
● Early childhood education teaching experience
● Ideally 12 semester units, or equivalent quarter units, of early childhood education or child development core classes from an accredited college, university or occupational program, earned or in process;
● Lifeways or Waldorf experience/training are also ideal

ECE Assistant Aftercare Teacher

Summerfield Waldorf School and Farm is seeking an Early Childhood Aftercare Assistant. The assistant supports the lead teacher in caring for the children in our afternoon program which includes a nap, outside play and a casual afternoon snack. The teacher must be able to help hold the form of the afternoon with warmth and care. Hours are 12:15 pm until 4:00 pm; number of days per week negotiable. This is an hourly position paying $26.64/hour.

Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Summerfield Waldorf School & Farm is seeking a fully trained Waldorf kindergarten teacher with at least five (5) years lead teacher experience to hold one of our two kindergartens. This is a full-time exempt position beginning January 2025. The successful candidate will have at least 12 semester units, or equivalent quarter units, of early childhood education or child development core classes from an accredited college, university or occupational program, earned or in process, as required by California Child Care Licensing.
