Online Application Process
When completing the online application, parts of the application are completed in an online form and part to be downloaded to your hard drive (PDFs), filled out, saved to your hard drive, and then attached to your email to us. Step 1: Complete our Online Database Form;
Step 2: Parents complete one of the following:
-the Lower School Application, or
-the New Farm Classroom Application
(IMPORTANT: First, download this form to your hard drive, then fill it out and send it to Admissions. DO NOT FILL IT OUT ONLINE as it will not save your information–it must be downloaded prior to filling it out);
Step 3: The parents fill out and return the two release record forms
–Release of Records, Last Two Years;
–Release of Records, Cum File Request;
Step 4: Optional: Parents are invited to include a note commenting on the nature and personality of their student;
Step 5: Submit all completed materials to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with:
-copies of the last two years of your student’s school records, for quicker processing, and;
-$95 Application Fee ($150 for International Students). Pay online (by ACH* or Credit Card; link below), or in person.
*ACH is the preferred method of payment so your entire fee goes to the school rather than a portion being paid to the credit card companies.
Mail In Application Process

Step 1: Print out the Application document, which includes:
-the Parent Questionnaire;
-two Release of Records forms;
Step 2: Fill out all forms;
Step 3: Optional: Parents are invited to include a note commenting on the nature and personality of their student;
Step 4: Submit to the Admissions Office (655 Willowside Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95401):
-all completed application documents;
-a photo of your student;
-copies of the last two years of your student’s school records, (to expedite the process), and;
-a $95 Application Fee. Use the link above to pay online.
